By accessing or using AI Sport Cards Scanner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
01. Eligibility
You may use AI Sport Cards Scanner only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

03. Card Identification
AI Sport Cards Scanner may use image recognition, artificial intelligence, third-party databases, marketplace information, and other technologies to identify cards and provide related information.
Card identification is not guaranteed. Results may occasionally identify the wrong card, set, year, variation, parallel, player, or other characteristic.
You should independently verify important card information before buying, selling, trading, grading, or otherwise relying on a result.
04. Market Values & Price Estimates
AI Sport Cards Scanner may display market values, estimated values, price ranges, comparable sales, active listings, historical prices, market trends, and related information.
These values may be generated or calculated using third-party marketplace data, historical transactions, available listings, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or combinations of these sources.
Card prices can vary significantly depending on factors including:
- Card condition.
- Professional grade.
- Authenticity.
- Card variation or parallel.
- Market demand.
- Marketplace and geographic location.
- Transaction fees and shipping costs.
- Timing and market conditions.
Displayed values are estimates, not guarantees. We do not guarantee that you will be able to buy or sell a card for any price displayed by the App.
05. No Financial or Investment Advice
AI Sport Cards Scanner is a card research and collector tool.
Information provided through the App is for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing provided by AI Sport Cards Scanner constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.
Any decision to buy, sell, hold, trade, grade, authenticate, or otherwise transact in a trading card is your own decision.
Past prices and historical market performance do not guarantee future prices or performance.
06. AI-Powered Features
Certain features may use artificial intelligence to analyze cards, answer questions, summarize market information, explain card details, or provide grading-related observations.
Artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information.
AI responses should be treated as analysis and assistance rather than authoritative conclusions. Verify important information before making decisions based on an AI-generated response.
07. Grading Insights
AI Sport Cards Scanner may provide observations concerning card condition, centering, corners, edges, surfaces, or potential grading outcomes.
Such information is an estimate only and does not constitute an official professional grade.
Images, lighting, camera quality, card sleeves, reflections, surface damage, and other factors can significantly affect automated analysis.
A professional grading company may assign a different grade from an estimate provided by AI Sport Cards Scanner.
08. Authentication
Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI Sport Cards Scanner does not provide professional authentication services.
Identification of a card through an image does not establish that the physical card is genuine.
Where authenticity is important, you should consult a recognized professional authentication or grading service.
09. Third-Party Grading Companies
The App may reference grading companies such as PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, or other organizations to help users understand card grading and marketplace information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI Sport Cards Scanner is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with these companies.
All third-party trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Third-Party Marketplaces & Data
AI Sport Cards Scanner may display or process information obtained from third-party marketplaces, websites, databases, APIs, grading services, and other data providers.
Third-party information may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, duplicated, or inaccurate.
We do not control third-party services and do not guarantee their availability, content, prices, listings, transactions, or accuracy.
Your use of a third-party website or service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.
11. Subscriptions & Premium Features
Some AI Sport Cards Scanner functionality may require a paid subscription.
The available subscription plans, billing periods, prices, and any introductory offers are displayed before purchase.
Depending on availability, subscription options may include weekly, monthly, or annual plans.
The exact price applicable to you is the price displayed by Apple before you confirm your purchase.
12. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple's applicable subscription rules before the end of the current subscription period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Renewal is generally charged at the price applicable to your subscription unless otherwise communicated through Apple.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple account.
13. Free Trials & Introductory Offers
We may occasionally offer free trials, discounted introductory subscriptions, or other promotional offers.
An offer applies only when it is displayed to you before purchase and you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
Unless canceled in accordance with the terms displayed at purchase, a trial or introductory subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Eligibility and billing are subject to Apple's applicable terms and your App Store account.
14. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not immediately terminate access for a period that has already been paid for.
Payments made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple. Requests for refunds are therefore generally handled according to Apple's applicable refund policies.
15. Your Content
You may provide photographs, card images, questions, collection information, and other content while using the App.
You retain ownership of content you provide.
You grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to process that content for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the functionality you request, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit content to the App.
16. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Attempt to bypass subscriptions, paywalls, usage limits, or other access controls.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
- Interfere with, overload, damage, or disrupt our services.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, APIs, or other systems.
- Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology.
- Use automated systems to access the service at a volume that materially interferes with its operation.
- Use the App in a manner that infringes the rights of another person or organization.
17. Intellectual Property
AI Sport Cards Scanner and its original software, interfaces, design, branding, graphics, technology, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of AI Sport Cards Scanner or its intellectual property to you.
Sports leagues, teams, athletes, trading-card manufacturers, marketplaces, grading companies, and other third-party brands referenced by the App retain their respective intellectual property rights.
18. Service Availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that AI Sport Cards Scanner will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Certain functionality may depend on internet access, third-party APIs, AI providers, marketplace data, cloud services, or other external systems.
Features may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, or other circumstances.
19. Changes to the Service
We may update, improve, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features of AI Sport Cards Scanner from time to time.
We do not guarantee that a specific card database, marketplace integration, AI model, analysis feature, or other functionality will remain available indefinitely.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Sport Cards Scanner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the App or information provided through it will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We do not guarantee any particular financial result, card value, grading result, authentication outcome, sale price, or investment performance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on card identifications, market estimates, comparable sales, AI-generated content, grading estimates, third-party data, or marketplace information.
You remain responsible for decisions involving the purchase, sale, trade, holding, grading, authentication, or valuation of your cards.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
22. Privacy
Your use of AI Sport Cards Scanner is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, processed, used, and protected when you use the App.
23. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using AI Sport Cards Scanner at any time.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of material violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security threats, abuse of our services, or legal requirements.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after termination.
24. Apple App Store
If you download AI Sport Cards Scanner through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer of AI Sport Cards Scanner, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content except to the extent required by applicable law or Apple's applicable terms.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of applicable provisions of these Terms and may enforce those provisions against you.
Your use of the App must also comply with applicable Apple Media Services and App Store terms.
