End User License Agreement
Terms governing your use of AI Sport Cards Scanner.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of AI Sport Cards Scanner ("App"), including its card scanning, identification, market information, collection management, artificial intelligence, and related features.
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing a subscription to, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
01. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use AI Sport Cards Scanner for your personal use, subject to this Agreement and applicable law.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code from, circumvent security mechanisms of, or otherwise misuse the App except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
02. Card Identification
AI Sport Cards Scanner may use image recognition, artificial intelligence, databases, third-party information, and other technologies to identify sports cards, trading cards, sets, players, variations, parallels, and other card characteristics.
Important: Card identification results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect. Always verify important card details before making a purchase, sale, grading, or other decision.
03. Prices, Values & Market Data
The App may display estimated values, historical prices, comparable sales, listings, market trends, price ranges, and other market information.
This information is provided for informational purposes only. Card prices can vary significantly based on condition, authenticity, grade, variation, marketplace, location, demand, transaction fees, timing, and other factors.
We do not guarantee that any card can be purchased or sold at a displayed, calculated, estimated, or historical price.
Market information and AI analysis provided by AI Sport Cards Scanner do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice.
04. AI Expert & Generated Content
AI Sport Cards Scanner may provide AI-powered conversations, card analysis, explanations, comparisons, suggestions, grading observations, market summaries, and other generated content.
Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. AI-generated information should not be treated as a definitive determination of a card's identity, authenticity, condition, grade, rarity, market value, or future performance.
You are responsible for independently evaluating information generated by the App before relying upon it.
05. Grading & Condition Insights
The App may provide observations or estimates concerning card condition, centering, surfaces, edges, corners, or potential grading outcomes.
These features are estimates only and are not professional grading or authentication services.
AI Sport Cards Scanner is not affiliated with or endorsed by PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, or any other grading company unless explicitly stated.
A professional grading company may assign a substantially different grade from any estimate or analysis presented by the App.
06. Authentication
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, AI Sport Cards Scanner does not authenticate trading cards and does not guarantee that a scanned or identified card is genuine.
Users should consult an appropriate professional authentication or grading service when authenticity is important.
07. Subscriptions
Certain features of AI Sport Cards Scanner may require a paid subscription.
Subscription prices, billing periods, and any introductory offers or free trials are displayed in the App before you confirm your purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period in accordance with Apple's applicable subscription rules.
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Deleting AI Sport Cards Scanner does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Free trials and introductory offers, when available, are subject to eligibility requirements and the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
08. Third-Party Data & Services
AI Sport Cards Scanner may rely on or display information obtained from third-party marketplaces, databases, APIs, grading companies, websites, data providers, and other external services.
We do not control third-party services and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of information supplied by them.
Third-party trademarks, card names, marketplace names, logos, images, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party companies or brands do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
09. Your Content
You may submit card photographs, images, text, collection information, or other content when using the App.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process that content to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the functionality you request, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You must not submit unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of another person or organization.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Circumvent subscriptions, paywalls, or security mechanisms.
- Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the App.
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
- Use automated systems in a manner that places unreasonable load on our services.
11. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, original interfaces, design, branding, technology, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This Agreement grants permission to use the App but does not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.
12. Availability & Updates
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue App features from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature, card database, marketplace, data source, AI model, or integration will remain available indefinitely.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Sport Cards Scanner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on card identifications, estimated values, market information, AI-generated content, grading estimates, third-party information, or decisions involving the purchase, sale, trade, holding, authentication, or grading of cards.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
15. Termination
You may stop using AI Sport Cards Scanner at any time.
We may restrict or terminate access where you materially violate this Agreement, misuse the App, or where action is reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
16. Apple App Store
If you downloaded AI Sport Cards Scanner through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and the developer of AI Sport Cards Scanner, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content except to the extent required under applicable law or Apple's applicable terms.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce applicable provisions of this Agreement.
Your use of AI Sport Cards Scanner must also comply with applicable Apple Media Services and App Store terms.
17. Privacy
Your use of AI Sport Cards Scanner is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information associated with the App is collected, processed, and protected.
18. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement when our services, legal requirements, or business practices change.
When appropriate, we will update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
19. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the developer, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country or region.
